集合時刻になりましたら注意事項の説明を行います．なお，集合時刻に不在の場合，不合格となる可能性があります．
2. 口述試験について
プレゼンテーション時間について
プレゼンテーション時間は15分間とします．制限時間内に収まるように準備してください．制限時間になったら速やかにプレゼンテーションを終了してください．ただし，早期修了プログラムの履修希望者は，この後，別途5分間の英語によるプレゼンテーションを実施していただきます．
プレゼンテーション内容について
これまでの研究の概要，進学後の研究計画，志望動機などが明確にわかる内容にしてください．
研究業績（査読付き雑誌論文，査読付き国際会議論文，口頭発表，特許など）が少しでもある場合は，スライドの最後にまとめるなどしてアピールしてください．筆頭著者でないものも，その旨を明示すれば含めて構いません．
試験員への資料配付はできませんので注意してください．
早期修了プログラムの履修希望者のみ実施する英語によるプレゼンテーションの内容は，以前行った国際会議発表に関するイントロダクションと結論部分のみで構いません．
プレゼンテーション機器について
ご自身で用意したPCでZoomの画面共有機能を使用してプレゼンテーションを行っていただきます．詳細はメールにて後日周知します．

Instructions will be given at the meeting time. Please note that if you are absent at the meeting time, you may be disqualified.
2. Oral examination
Presentation time
The presentation time is 15 minutes. Please prepare your presentation so that it fits within the allotted time. When the time is up, please conclude your presentation promptly. Applicants who wish to enroll in the Early Completion Program will also be asked to give an additional 5-minute presentation in English afterward.
Presentation content
Your presentation should clearly explain your previous research, your research plan after enrollment, and your motivation for applying.
If you have any research achievements, such as peer-reviewed journal papers, peer-reviewed international conference papers, oral presentations, or patents, please highlight them, for example by summarizing them on the final slide. Works for which you are not the first author may also be included as long as your role is clearly indicated.
Please note that you may not distribute materials to the examiners.
For applicants who wish to enroll in the Early Completion Program, the English presentation may be limited to the introduction and conclusion of a previous international conference presentation.
Presentation equipment
You will be asked to give your presentation using your own PC and Zoom’s screen-sharing function. Further details will be provided later by e-mail.
