こちらの専攻紹介漫画は、漫画家の山田胡瓜先生によって描かれました。山田先生は、代表作『AIの遺電子』で知られる漫画家で、同作は文化庁メディア芸術祭優秀賞や人工知能学会 AI ELSI Practice部門賞を受賞しています。本漫画は2019年の山田先生の専攻公開での取材が元になっています。なお2020年度以降の入試は、専攻入試ではなく学位プログラム入試となっていますが、研究・教育内容に大きな変更はありません。

This Manga was drawn by Manga artist Yamada Kyuuri. He is known with his representative work ‘Gene of AI’ which has won the Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival Excellence Award and AI ELSI Practice Award of the Japanese Society of Artificial Intelligence. This comic is based on an interview on IIT department opening to the public. Manga is similar to reading comics, but you have to read it from right to left.
