※令和3年度入学者のための2月期入試に関する情報は、令和2年1月末に更新予定。

2020年1月31日に実施する口述試験(個別面接)については，募集要項に記載したことのほか，以下の要領で実施します．

1．試験当日の集合時間，および場所について

  1. 試験日：2020年1月31日(金)
  2. 集合時刻と場所： 9時30分，第三エリア工学システム学類棟3L202室（集合時刻の30分前に開錠します）

2．TOEICの公式認定証またはTOEFLの受験者用スコア票について

  1. 英語検定試験の成績証明書類（TOEICの公式認定証【Official Score Certificate】またはTOEFLの受験者用スコア票【Examinee’s Score Record】）の原本を忘れずに持参してください．この原本は集合時に回収します．このときに原本を提出しないと，外国語の科目は欠席扱いとなり，選考の対象外となります．またこの原本は返却いたしません．

3. 口述試験(1)（基礎学力(数学)の試問）について

  1. 口述試験（１）では，基礎学力(数学)について試問します．
  2. 筆記用具（鉛筆，消しゴムなど）を持参して下さい．

4. 口述試験(2)

  1. 口述試験（２）では，卒業研究（またはそれに代わるもの），志望理由，及び研究計画のプレゼンテーションの後，関連事項について試問します。（なお，受験番号によっては待機時間が長くなる場合があります．待機時間中のPC利用は認められていますが，ネットワークへの接続は許可されていません．）
  1. プレゼンテーション時間について：卒業研究などのプレゼンテーション時間は10分間とします．制限時間内に収まるように準備して下さい．なお，プレゼンテーション時は8分経過で1鈴目，10分経過で2鈴目を鳴らします．2鈴目がなったら速やかにプレゼンテーションを終了してください．その後 質疑応答が行われます．
  2. プレゼンテーション機器について：プレゼンテーション機器としてPC接続可能なプロジェクタを用意しま す．OHP(オーバーヘッドプロジェクタ)は準備しませんので注意してください．使用するプロジェクタの投影画素数はXGAで，コネクタはVGA端子（D-sub 15pin(ミニ））です。プレゼンテーション用の PCについては各自で準備してください．また、PCが接続できなかった時に備えて，プレゼンテーション資料をA4の用紙に印刷して持参してください．時間 内に発表できる範囲であれば，ページ数の制限はありません．また，試験員への参考資料の配付は出来ませんので注意してください．

In addition to the contents provided in the application guidelines, the following subjects will be covered:

1. Schedule and location:

Examination date: February 1st 2019 (Friday)

Time and location: 9:30 AM, room 3L202 of the Third Area Engineering Systems Building (the room will be open from 9:00 AM).

 

2. Official TOEIC Certificate or TOEFL Examiner Scorecard:

Remember to bring the original certificate of your English proficiency test (TOEIC Official Score Certificate, or TOEFL Examinee’s Score Record). Only the original certificate will be collected and it will not be returned to the applicant. If a copy is submitted, it will be declared that the student does not have the requirements to fulfill the Foreign Language evaluation and will not be eligible for selection.

3. Oral Examination I: Examination for basic academic skills (Mathematics):

In the Oral Examination I, applicants will be tested about basic academic skills in the field of mathematics.

Please bring your own writing implements (pencil, eraser, etc.).

4. Oral Examination II:

In the Oral Examination II, applicants will deliver a presentation about their graduation research (or it’s alternative), reasons for application, and research plan. Please note that the waiting time may be longer depending on the number of applicants. The use of a PC during waiting time is permitted but connection to internet is not allowed.

 

Regarding presentation time: The presentation time for graduation research is 10 minutes. Please prepare your presentation to finish it on time. During your presentation, a bell will ring after 8 minutes to indicate that your time will end soon. A second bell will sound when the applicant completes 10 minutes of presentation. If you hear a second bell, immediately finish your presentation. Then, the examiners will ask questions regarding your presentation.

 

Regarding presentation equipment: Bring your own personal computer and an adequate adapter (VGA terminal D-sub 15-pin (mini)) to be connected to an XGA projector. Note that an OHP (overhead projector) will not be available. Additionally, please print your presentation slides on A4 paper and bring it with you in case the computer cannot be connected to the projector. There is no limit on the number of slides presented as long as the presentation can be finished on time. Please note that reference materials cannot be distributed to the examiners.
