令和元年度8月に実施する知能機能システム専攻の口述試験(個別面接)について，以下の要領で実施します．

1．試験当日の集合時間，および場所について

試験日:8月21日（水）

集合時刻および集合場所：
9時30分，第三エリア工学システム学類棟3L201（3L棟2階201教室)（集合時刻の30分前に開錠します）
・集合時刻になりましたら注意事項の説明を行います． なお，集合時刻に不在の場合，不合格となる可能性があります．
・集合場所の教室は変更される可能性がありますので，必ず当日は「入学試験関係掲示」を確認してください．掲示場所は受験者心得に記載されています．

2. 口述試験について

プレゼンテーション時間について：

プレゼンテーション時間は15分間(後期)もしくは10分間(前期社会人)とします．制限時間内に収まるように準備して下さい．
なお，プレゼンテーション時は，12分（15分間のプレゼンテーションの場合）もしくは7分（10分間のプレゼンテーションの場合）経過で1鈴目，15分もしくは10分のプレゼンテーション時間終了時点で2鈴目を鳴らします．
2鈴目がなったら速やかにプレゼンテーションを終了してください．

プレゼンテーション内容について：

これまでの研究の概要，進学後の研究計画，志望動機などが明確にわかる内容にしてください．
研究業績（査読付き雑誌論文，査読付き国際会議論文，口頭発表，特許など）が少しでもある場合は，スライドの最後にまとめるなどしてアピールして下さい．筆頭著者でないものも，その旨明示すれば含めて構いません．
なお，試験員への資料配付はできませんので注意してください．

プレゼンテーション機器について：

プレゼンテーション機器としてPC接続可能なプロジェクタおよびアナログRGB端子(D-sub 15ピン)に接続できるケーブルを用意します．
OHP(オーバーヘッドプロジェクタ)は準備しませんので注意してください．プレゼンテーション用のPCは各自で準備してください（Mac等，D-sub 15ピンへのアダプタが必要な機器の場合は，自身で持参して下さい）．

3. 英語スコア票について

英語スコアは必ず原本を「英語スコア票貼付台紙」に貼り付けて持参してください（博士後期社会人特別選抜を除く）．コピーの提出は受け付けません．

In addition to the contents provided in the application guidelines, the following subjects will be covered:

1. Schedule and location:

Examination date : August 21st (Wednesday)

Time and location: 9:30 AM, room 3L301 of the Third Area Engineering Systems Building (the room will be open from 9:00 AM).

・Instructions of examination will be provided at the meeting time. Applicants who are absent at the meeting time may not be eligible for selection.
・The location may be changed. Do not forget to check "information board regarding the entrance examination" on the examination date. The location of the information board is printed on Information and Tips for Examinees.

2. Oral Examination:

Regarding presentation time：

The presentation time is 15 minutes (doctoral course applicants) or 10 minutes (master's course working applicants). Please prepare your presentation to finish it on time. During your presentation, a bell will ring after 12 minutes (for presentation of 15 minutes) or 7 minutes (for presentation of 10 minutes) to indicate that your time will end soon. A second bell will sound when the applicant completes 15 minutes or 10 minutes of presentation. If you hear a second bell, immediately finish your presentation. Then, the examiners will ask questions regarding your presentation.

Regarding presentation contents：

Please clearly explain the outline of the research, the research plan after being enrolled and the motivation to apply to our program. If you have research achievements (e.g, peer-reviewed journal papers, peer reviewed international conference papers, oral presentations in academic conferences, patents, among others) please summarize them in the last slide and make a brief comment about it. You may also include publications where you are a co-author, papers in preparation and papers under revision if the status is clearly indicated. Please note that documents cannot be distributed to the examiners.

Regarding presentation equipment：

Bring your own personal computer and an adequate adapter (VGA terminal D-sub 15-pin (mini)) to be connected to a projector. Note that an OHP (overhead projector) will not be available.

3. Official TOEIC Certificate or TOEFL Examiner Scorecard:

Remember to bring the original certificate of your English proficiency test (TOEIC Official Score Certificate, or TOEFL Examinee’s Score Record) except for doctoral course working applicants . Only the original certificate will be collected and it will not be returned to the applicant. If a copy is submitted, it will be declared that the student does not have the requirements to fulfill the Foreign Language evaluation and will not be eligible for selection.
