※令和3年度入学者のための月期入試に関する情報は、令和2年1月末に更新予定。
2020年1月30日に実施する口述試験(個別面接)については，募集要項に記載したことのほか，以下の要領で実施します．
1．試験当日の集合時間，および場所について
- 試験日:2020年1月30日（木）
- 集合時刻および集合場所： 9時30分，第三エリア工学システム学類棟3L302-2室（集合時刻の30分前に開錠します）
2. 口述試験について
- プレゼンテーション時間について：プレゼンテーション時間は20分間です。なお，プレゼンテーション時は15分経過で1鈴目，20分経過で2鈴目を鳴らします．2鈴目がなったら速やかにプレゼンテーションを終了してください．その後試問が行われます．
- プレゼンテーション内容について： これまでの研究の概要，進学後の研究計画，志望動機などが明確にわかる内容にしてください．研究業績（査読付き雑誌論文，査読付き国際会議論文，口頭発表，特許など）が少しでもある場合は，スライドの最後にまとめるなどしてアピールするようにして下さい．筆頭著者でないもの，投稿中または投稿準備中のものも，その旨明示すれば含めて構いません．
なお，試験員への資料配付はできませんので注意してください． - プレゼンテーション機器について：プレゼンテーション機器としてPC接続可能なプロジェクタを用意しま す．OHP(オーバーヘッドプロジェクタ)は準備しませんので注意してください．使用するプロジェクタの投影画素数はXGAで，コネクタはVGA端子（D-sub 15pin(ミニ））です．プレゼンテーション用の PCについては各自で準備してください．また，PCが接続できなかった時に備えて，プレゼンテーション資料をA4の用紙に印刷して持参してください．時間内に発表できる範囲であれば，ページ数の制限はありません．
3. 英語スコア票について
- 英語スコアは必ず原本を「英語スコア票貼付台紙」に貼り付けて持参してください（博士後期社会人特別選抜を除く）．コピーの提出は受け付けません．
4. 入学後，早期修了プログラム履修を希望する受験生への注意事項
- 早期修了プログラムの履修を希望する受験生は，履修審査に関して志望教員を通じて早期修了プログラム実施委員と連絡を取るようにして下さい．

In addition to the contents provided in the application guidelines, the following subjects will be covered:
1. Schedule and location:
Examination date : January 31st (Thursday)
Time and location: 9:30 AM, room 3L302-2 of the Third Area Engineering Systems Building (the room will be open from 9:00 AM).
2. Oral Examination:
Regarding presentation time：
The presentation time is 20 minutes. Please prepare your presentation to finish it on time. During your presentation, a bell will ring after 15 minutes to indicate that your time will end soon. A second bell will sound when the applicant completes 20 minutes of presentation. If you hear a second bell, immediately finish your presentation. Then, the examiners will ask questions regarding your presentation.
Regarding presentation contents：
Please clearly explain the outline of the research, the research plan after being enrolled and the motivation to apply to our program. If you have research achievements (e.g, peer-reviewed journal papers, peer reviewed international conference papers, oral presentations in academic conferences, patents, among others) please summarize them in the last slide and make a brief comment about it. You may also include publications where you are a co-author, papers in preparation and papers under revision if the status is clearly indicated. Please note that documents cannot be distributed to the examiners.
Regarding presentation equipment：
Bring your own personal computer and an adequate adapter (VGA terminal D-sub 15-pin (mini)) to be connected to an XGA projector. Note that an OHP (overhead projector) will not be available. Additionally, please print your presentation slides on A4 paper and bring it with you in case the computer cannot be connected to the projector. There is no limit on the number of slides presented as long as the presentation can be finished on time.
Remarks for students who wish to take the Early Completion Program after enrollment:
Applicants wishing to take the Early Completion Program, please contact a program organizer through the faculty professor that you selected for your exam application.
